1. Acceptance
By downloading and using Kidelon you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Service description
Kidelon is parental-control software. It is designed for adults inside a family unit (parents) to observe, set rules for, and where necessary limit their children's use of digital devices.
3. User responsibilities
- You may only use the app for children under your own legal guardianship.
- It is FORBIDDEN to install Kidelon secretly on another adult's phone — Kidelon is not spyware.
- The email used at signup must be valid.
- You are responsible for the security of your account (PIN, password, biometrics).
4. Child privacy
We strongly recommend that you explain to your child, age-appropriately, that Kidelon is installed, what it does, and which data is collected. Transparency is the foundation of family trust. See the Privacy policy and the privacy notice for processing details.
5. Subscription terms
- Premium / Family Premium bill on a monthly or yearly cycle; current prices are on the pricing page.
- Cancellation is always possible — through the Google Play subscriptions screen.
- Refunds: Google's platform policy applies. Kidelon offers an additional 14-day no-questions refund.
- The free tier is permanent and requires no credit card.
6. Limitation of liability
The Kidelon service is provided "as is." For service interruptions, data loss, or a child circumventing rules, Kidelon's liability is limited to the most recent 12 months of subscription fees paid.
7. Jurisdiction
The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Competent courts are in Istanbul.
8. Changes
If these terms change, you will receive 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use the app after the change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
